Shunnian attached great importance to the quality, product quality strictly checked through the three-level quality inspection system: worker self-inspection, workshop leader’s inspection and company sampling inspection. Meanwhile, a testing laboratory was set up to test the raw material and products through professionals. In order to make sure the excellent quality, it also installed spray coating line . The test reports from SGS and Interek all proved that the products reach the standard of America , Japan and European countries.

Product Application

1：Rake（ plastic rake and metal rake）plays an important role in cleaning the gardens .It is widely used in clearing green areas such as leaves, lawns and shrubs, especially used in clearing lawns (like golf courses). It also can be used in sunning crops as soybean and corn; cleaning the animal accommodation as stable and dealing with the clean-up after forest fires.

The rake produced in our company can be divided into steel wire, plastic and steel-plastic rake in view of materials; fixed and adjustable rake in function; steel assembling, plate steel punching and casting rake in process technology. Steel wire is divided into flat one and round one. Flat one ,due to its good flexibility, is suitable to clean light objects like leaves. It has long service life, for example, SN22-101、SN25-101; Round one, because of its high strength, is good for cleaning heavy objects like shrubs. Plate steel punching and Casting ones are good for excavating and cultivating. While plastic rake is only used in clearing light objects due to its low strength. It is labor-saving but short service life.　

2：Kneeler is an assistive device which is supplied for people to sit or kneel. Kneeler can be folded so that it is easy to carry out for outside activity.

3：Fruit picker is a device for picking fruits. Because its surface is treated plastic planting and its bottom is equipped sponge, it will not bruise fruits.It’s suitable to pick at height directly.
